Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read rather than to protect us — if anything here is unclear, ask and we'll clarify it.

Last updated: August 2026

This is a demonstration website. The policy text below is illustrative and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being used on a live commercial site.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, website, and anything you write in the message field. We collect it because you asked us to contact you.

We also collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type — to understand how the site is used and where it fails.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you engaged us for. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.

Marketing communications

If you submit a form we may add you to a low-volume email list about our work. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect any service relationship.

We do not add people to marketing lists who have only asked a question. Asking us something is not consent to be marketed to.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and analytics cookies to measure usage. Where required by law we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies, using a banner that does not block your access to the page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies removed this way may affect site functionality.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years where required for tax and legal compliance.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority if you believe we have handled your data improperly.

Sub-processors

We use third-party services to operate our business, including cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and CRM software. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. A current list is available on request.
